No More Weeds
•

Sometimes, weeds look like flowers. Don’t be fooled; they are the thieves of the garden, stealing nutrients and resources and ultimately robbing you of your harvest.
In life, internal weeds work ferociously beneath the surface and manifest as fear, jealousy, pride, anger, vindictiveness, addictions, poor self esteem, malice, etc. They tear down and destroy. External weeds disguise themselves as friends, as partners, even as family. They, too, take, tear down, and destroy.
Some weeds were planted years ago and have been such a constant in our lives that we’ve come to believe they belong. They don’t. And you don’t have to let them stay. Get your gear (garden boots, gloves, discernment, faith) and get to work. You may get a little dirty and some may take a little more strength to remove than others, but you’ve got the power to do it. Pull them out completely, roots and all. You’ve done the work; you deserve the harvest.
Don’t let the weeds rob you of what is rightfully yours.
